Why RAYWIN exists.
RAYWIN began inside a group of operating companies, as the team that built their finance, human capital, operating and reporting systems. Over time those capabilities matured into something more valuable than an internal function: a repeatable way of professionalising a growing business.
RAYWIN CONSULTANCY was established to deliver that capability as an independent professional services firm — with its own brand, its own contracts and its own accountability for results — first to the group’s companies, and progressively to clients beyond it.
Our value is not doing back-office work on a client’s behalf. It is putting in place the management system — and the people — that let a business grow without losing control.
